This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of this website, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content.
Access is free of charge, except for the cost of the internet connection each user has contracted. Browsing the site implies acceptance of the terms of this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using it.
The user undertakes to make lawful use of the website, not to damage its operation and not to use its content in a way that is contrary to the law, good faith or the rights of third parties.
3. Information about the accommodation and bookings
This website provides information about the El Descanso apartment, its features, equipment, location, surroundings and services. The information is indicative and may be modified or updated when necessary.
Prices, availability and the conditions of each stay are confirmed directly with the owner, by phone or email, or through the third-party platforms on which the accommodation is listed, and are subject to the booking conditions.
The rating shown comes from guest reviews on the Booking.com platform.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, images, logo, design, structure and code of this website are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication, in whole or in part, without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.
The design and development of this website, and most of its photographs, are the work of Blanca Gastón Lera, who has authorised their use by El Descanso. Some photographs of the accommodation were taken by the owner. Stock images are identified as such next to the image.
The names and trademarks of third parties mentioned (Booking.com, WhatsApp, Google, among others) belong to their respective owners.
5. Liability
El Descanso endeavours to ensure that the information published is correct, up to date and accessible, but does not guarantee that it is always accurate or complete, or that the website will operate without interruptions or errors.
The owner is not liable for any damage that may arise from the use of the website, from the impossibility of accessing it or from the use of the information it contains, within the limits established by applicable law.

This website includes links to third-party pages of interest to the user: tourist information, activities, services, maps and resources about Aínsa and the Sobrarbe.
El Descanso is not responsible for the content, operation or availability of those pages, nor for their privacy and cookie policies. The inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship with, recommendation of or approval of their content.

The personal data that the user provides when contacting El Descanso by phone, email or WhatsApp are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This website is governed by Spanish law. If the user is a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules will apply and the user may bring proceedings before the courts that have jurisdiction under those rules. In all other cases, the courts of Boltaña (Huesca) will have jurisdiction.
In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Spanish version prevails.
